Terms of Service & Refund Policy

1. The service

AdPilot connects to your Meta ad accounts with your permission to schedule, pause, resume, scale and audit campaigns. AdPilot is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc.

2. Plans & billing

• Free Starter ($0/mo): 1 Meta ad account and core features.
• Pro Growth ($49/mo): up to 3 ad accounts, AI Smart Schedule, Stop-Loss Guard and Safe Scale.
• Agency Scale ($199/mo): unlimited client ad accounts, white-label reports and priority support.

Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

3. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied, request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge by emailing billing@adpilot.app. Renewals after the first 14 days are non-refundable, except where required by law.

4. Your responsibility for ad spend

• All ad spend is billed by Meta directly to you. You are solely responsible for your Meta ad spend, budgets and compliance with Meta's Advertising Policies.
• Automations run only according to rules you configure. Review them regularly; Meta API delays or outages may affect timing.
• AdPilot does not guarantee specific results, savings or performance. Savings figures are estimates.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, access accounts you aren't authorized to manage, or violate applicable laws or Meta's terms.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdPilot is provided "as is" and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or ad spend.

7. Termination

You may delete your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
